Matrix MMA provides real mixed martial arts (MMA), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ, gi and Nogi), wrestling and grappling classes.
The MMA classes include striking, takedowns, wall wrestling, and ground and pound training. Suitable for students interested in boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai.
